At Celestial Aromatherapy, every product is 100% handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and high-quality vegan ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, we want to ensure clarity and fairness in our refund process.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, your satisfaction is important to us—if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
We will gladly:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund/store credit if a replacement is unavailable
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as production has not started.
Because our products are handmade in small batches, once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
We clearly list ingredients to help you make informed decisions. Celestial Aromatherapy is not responsible for reactions due to allergies or sensitivities.
If you have concerns, please reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to help guide you to the best option (including dye-free or fragrance-free products).
Variations in Handmade Products
Because our products are handmade:
- Colors may vary slightly
- Shapes and designs may differ
- Small imperfections are normal and part of the handcrafted process
These variations do not qualify as defects.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.
